Dr. Jessie Skog is a Yooper, born and raised in Norway, MI. She obtained her Bachelors in Speech, Language, and Hearing Scienced from Northern Michigan University. She moved to Sault Ste. Marie to finish her externship for school and took a position in the Sault. She graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI as a Doctor of Audiology and has been a practicing audiologist since May of 2015.

What to expect upon an initial visit to Superior Audiology – Sault Ste. Marie
Please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes early. As you enter our office, you’ll be greeted with a friendly smile and receive the necessary paperwork to complete. Next, we’ll perform your hearing evaluation, which takes about 20-30 minutes.
Following testing, your audiologist will discuss with you the results of the testing as well as recommendations. Should a hearing loss be found, the audiologist will discuss possible recommendations for further medical care, referral, and treatment options.
